Wordless Wednesday: A Naked Lady in My Garden

Yes, I have included the word "naked"...not because I like that word at all, but it's what this flower is called and also because I am not speaking the word "naked" aloud.

It's called "naked" because it has not foliage...lest you be confused.

You can also refer to them as "Magic Lilies" because they pop up quickly and almost without warning...harkening back to the "no foliage" deal; the foliage is usually the giveaway that something is about to happen. (The foliage to the side is another plant entirely...)
