Cannibal Appetizer

Things may be worse that I had previously thought; the randomness gene seems to be quite strong in my 9yo.

On the way home from the gym yesterday, things were quiet in the car, as we all appeared to be lost in our thoughts.

My 9yo may have been more lost than the rest of us.

9yo (presumably referring to the smallness of his stature): Mom, if we were all eaten by cannibals, I would only be an appetizer.

Me: OK…what made you think of that?

9yo: I don’t know.

Sorry, Buddy. Maybe someday they will find a cure for this and your children won’t have to suffer.
