His lower teeth were actually starting to make indentations in the roof of his mouth (behind his front teeth)! Anyway, he has has rubber bands, something screwed INTO the roof of his mouth, some apparatus to spread things apart...it is all such a lovely, lovely process of which I admire my son for tolerating without complaining for these 3+ years! What a trooper! Anyhow, so I have a question for you as we are nearing the end. They have asked us if he wants to have a permanent retainer or ...whatever.. a ?"temporary" one?...the kind you take in and out-- so, what would you suggest since your permanent ones are 'failing' now? I clearly have not been at this blogging thing as long as you (or in the coop..I love her too!), but I am trying. I look forward to laughing along with you too, and getting to "know" you and your family. :) Thanks for stopping by and sharing your thoughts!Mrs. Always Randomhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/05621796911952199649noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-2382954206394623451.post-79456990178799417492013-02-06T19:38:12.070-06:002013-02-06T19:38:12.070-06:00Okay I found you from "in the coop" {lo...Okay I found you from "in the coop" {love her!} anyway you are cracking me up! can't wait to read more and laugh at you, I mean with you, yes with you!
As for braces I had them as a child and really need them again but I am a few down the line for braces so I will wait. And I think I might still have my retainer from when I was 16. My sister had the head gear and my mom was nice enough {and a high school teacher, so smart enough} to not have her wear it to school or sleep overs. She's nice like that, of course not nice enough to save me from a haircut that made me look like a boy in 6th grade... but we know who her favorite is!
jen
Anonymousnoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-2382954206394623451.post-72620483211164306172013-02-01T06:26:37.241-06:002013-02-01T06:26:37.241-06:00I know, right?
