As parents we should occasionally give ourselves a pat on the back. Great job at least they will be cultured boys EVEN if they do a terrible job at dishes. {see what I did there, I remembered one of your other blog posts}Anonymousnoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-2382954206394623451.post-1967114645870660022013-09-25T16:55:28.061-05:002013-09-25T16:55:28.061-05:00Expand their world further, dear - here's a cl...Expand their world further, dear - here's a clapping song we LOVE joining in with in the pub in Annagassen, Ireland, when we're home with Husby's family. They still hold this festival, although, I am quite sure that most of Kenton has no idea who Gene Autry is.

Fun Fact of the day!Cathy Mayernoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-2382954206394623451.post-16755043981327244302013-09-25T06:20:25.202-05:002013-09-25T06:20:25.202-05:00I don't know if it's sad, but I feel sad f...I don't know if it's sad, but I feel sad for your children in that regard.

I must say that later on last night on the way home from soccer practice, I was belting out "Ballroom Blitz" (the 70's version) and I got blank stares from both boys. Love it! And if my 12yo is ever with you when this comes on, he won't participate. He won't even know there's fun clapping portions. They've never heard of Gene.
Is that sad?Christinehttps://www.blogger.com/profile/17209807996463889703noreply@blogger.com
